I received the following email 3 times over about 20 minutes yesterday. I guess Ms. Kinoshita is trolling for suckers once again.
Dear Attorney,
Please advise if you handle such case, I wish to file a contempt petition against my ex-spouse for failure to make court ordered payments resulting from dissolution of marriage.

Yes, she is indeed. We’ve now gotten three new e-mails from her in the past month (guess they don’t keep a list of who they’ve already tried to scam and who they haven’t):

I am a mother of three and a Dysarthria patient, I wish to file a contempt petition against my ex-spouse for failure to make court ordered payments of Child Support, Spousal Support, Equitable distribution, Medical support and separate maintenance. Please advise if you handle such case.

And she’s going by different names. Here’s an email I received today:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a contempt petition against my ex-spouse for failure to make court ordered payments of Child Support, Spousal Support, Equitable distribution and Medical support. Please advise if you handle such case.

She/he just won’t quit. All it takes is one dummy to fall for it and I suspect the scammer could retire to live in royalty based on the Nigerian standard of living. What I find amusing is how they use the same name over and over.
