HB2 briefing

If you are interested in such things, you can track the briefing for State of Mississippi v. Robert Shuler Smith here.  Several parties have lined up to file amicus briefs including Florida Carry, the NRA, Governor Phil Bryant, and the Magnolia Bar Association.  There is also a brief filed on behalf of a group consisting of 56 members of the Mississippi House of Representatives and 24 members of the Mississippi Senate.

Someone needs to start an over/under pool on how long it takes the Court to rule.  I don’t expect it to be very long at all.
